Highly recommended garage!

I've used several private garages over the years, including C&A in Inverkeithing and Kwik Fit (multiple sites), but this one stands out as the best by far. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

I first used this garage back in 2014 when I lived in Kelty. They replaced the brakes on my Audi Q7 and installed mudflaps. More recently, on 04/10/2024, they replaced the front lower curved suspension arms. They quoted me the best price and carried out the work to a high standard.

Now I've booked another job with them. Even though Kelty is a bit far from my current home in Dunfermline, I chose to go back because of their excellent service. I contacted a few local garages in Dunfermline first, but most couldn't give me a clear answer or an appointment for over a week. This garage, however, gave me a proper quote after I sent them a video from my Audi health check showing what needed to be done.

Great experience every time, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Purchased a car two weeks ago and there sales and customer service was great but I had a problem with the exhaust last week rang the garage and was asked to take it back to them and they will put a new one for me with no cost been today and they fitted for me within 30 minutes

My wife and I were out looking for a second hand car at the weekend and were straight off the back of a bad experience in Edinburgh. We had never used NRG previously nor heard of it. I phoned on Saturday near 1 to make an enquiry, the premises should have been closing and the owner leaving. It was no issue to defer until we got there. We arrived and you just get the feel this is a friendly honest garage. Quick chat and we had a look at the car. Very nicely presented example, now on this occasion I was unaware my wife is intent on a motor sport career and needs domethjng sportier so this one not for us but the opportunity to view was much appreciated.

My wife had commented to me on arrival that she needed to find a toilet. After already delaying the owner neither of us had the hard neck to ask to use the facilities. As an indication as to how friendly a place this is, after a short chat about the world post viewing the car the owner turned clairvoyant and offered my wife use of the facilities if she required.

We both left, commented that this was a totally different experience to that earlier in the day and what a great feeling this garage left.

No sale this time I'm afraid but we will definitely keep and eye out on future stock and would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks

I bought stunning Audi A3 on Friday 7th 2023. Friendly staff and very helpful to all the queries. Alex especially great folk who looks after each customer with great respect. Unfortunately on Sunday night with 50 odd miles driven, car got broke down due to clutch failure on road. It was bit of hassle getting car towed to nearest garage. But, very next day when I phoned Alex about the problem, he took the complete responsibility of towing the car back to his garage and replaced the clutch within a day with no cost. This is great level of service and very well handled by Alex and team given unfortunate situation I was in. They kept quality of assurance and trust unbroken, which is lacking from most car sale dealers these days.
